Chester the Chesapeake

Chester, middle Tennessee’s loveable therapy dog, will be on hand (paws) March 17th and 18th at 10:00 a.m. for Storytime.  Doctor Barbara, Chester’s owner, will read Chester the Chesapeake and/or Chester the Chesapeake: Summertime which are written from Chester’s point of view and have speech balloons for the dog’s thoughts.  Not only is Chester the template to teach children about being courteous, kind, and responsible, but the theme of sharing and helping others comes shining through these nonfiction real picture books.
We’ll have time for other books and dog tricks. Chester’s books will be available for purchase with a “paw” signing as well.

Meet Chester beforehand at his own web site:   http://www.chesterthechesapeake.com
