Renew Books online at Putnam County Library 1. Click on the My Account button from the Putnam County Library website, this will take you to the Patron login page.  2. Enter your Library Card and PIN (password) where indicated and press enter or click the Submit Request button. Note: If you have not setup a PIN, send an email to tech@pclibrary.org or call 931-526-2416. Your PIN may be up to 8 characters long, although we recommend using the last 4 digits of your phone number. 3. Click in the box next to the items that you wish to renew. This will place a check mark inside the box. See the example below.  4. Click the Renew Checked Items button near the bottom of the screen. 5. The web page will refresh and you will get a message in blue "Item(s) have been renewed". 6. Scroll down to Loans at the bottom of the page, your new Due Date will be displayed. Note: If an item does not renew, it may be for one of the reasons below: * Items which been placed on hold by other patrons will not renew. * Videos will not renew. * Items will not be renewed if they are overdue. * Each item will renew 2 times only.
