Water for Elephants / Sara Gruen

Water for elephants : a novel by Sara Gruen was a great read for a circus lover. I have always treasured the circus ever since attending my first when 6 years old and then reading Toby Tyler, or Ten Weeks with a Circus by James Otis. Thought the description of nursing home life was sadly accurate. In fact the whole book was rather sad but did end on a happier note.
